Flourish Workshops

The Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University researched the impact religion and spirituality have on our physical and emotional health.

They discovered that being involved in a church and regularly attending services and programs positively impacts our ability to avoid depression, substance abuse and risky behaviors.

Midweek Academy

Through the ages and stages of life, the tools we need to flourish change. Drop in for one or all of these brief presentations and discussions on strategies for creating environments for flourishing.
